Having a son that is 400 miles away at college and his truck breaks down is very stressful not knowing who we can call or get help from, we called Frank and he was so kind and understandable. It really comforted us, and he had my son back on the road within 2 hours or less. Thank the lord we have someone to call if he has any more car trouble. We will definitely use him again and highly recommend him, giving us reassurance he will have your son taking care of!

This place made my life easy! They allowed me to drop off my truck on a Thursday and worked on it on Friday while I was out of town on buisness. They communicated with me via text and were available for phone calls. And the very best part is they were open on Saturday! So when I flew back into town, all I had to do was pay my bill and get on my way. Great Job Guys I will come see you again soon. I also felt that the bill was a fair and honest price for the work I had done. Update March 3rd, 2024 Good Honest Auto Repair. The stand behind the work they due. I have had multiple repairs done here. I was in again this past week. They let me know my repair would be covered because the issues I was there to repair. Is under Warranty. So glad I found this auto shop. Thanks Again. I will be back. And Im telling all my friends about your awsome work and ethics.

My girlfriend got in an accident and Frank at Alliance Auto Repair & Towing and he was able to go above and beyond with getting the car towed, diagnosing it, giving us an estimate and even storing it temporarily while her and I are figuring out what to do with it. He offered to let us come look at it and talk with him about it and even though it was a total loss, he even gave us tips on what to do if we wanted to explore other options in fixing it. The automotive field can be really shady when you dont know everything about cars but Frank was able to explain everything super clearly to us and go over options with patience. He was professional, incredibly accommodating and understanding. Hes definitely someone thats friendly and honest. We really lucked out when we reached out to Alliance.
