The rude lady at the front desk made me spend $500 on parts to fix my car and when I installed them it did not fix the problem it actually made it worse.Im pretty sure that was done intentionally as well. Service: Tires

So thankful I found Kat and her team - they did honest, fair work for my car and never talked down to me. Would definitely take your car here for any work needed.

Belmont Garage at the corner of Lakewood Boulevard and Abrams is my local garage. I can drop off my car for repairs or inspection, and walk to Starbucks, Whole Foods or walk home. They are very affable, competent and efficient. I always call ahead, but I've never had to wait very long to get my car serviced. During the pandemic they have an outside window to which you can walk up instead of going inside. They always leave my car clean and tidy. I highly recommend them if you live in the Lakewood area.

Blatantly, purposefully rudeI ended up just leaving. It was almost comical. I went in to see if they could help me. The front desk person was not there, so I went into the shop to just ask the question (to see if they could indeed help). I opened the conversation by asking how the man was doing and he looked at me as if I was speaking a foreign language and did not say anything. So, I asked the question again, thinking maybe he didnt hear me: how ya doin? Nothingjust stone cold. So, I continued to just ask what I needed to ask. He said, nah nah, you can wait for the girl to come back. I asked if he had any idea when that would be and he totally ignored. I asked again, thinking maybe he didnt hear, but he ignored again. So, I finally asked, so you cant help me at all? He just said, you can wait for the girl to get back. I left.
