We went to this dealership to buy a car brand new too. The car had problems and had lights flashing showing there were problems and we went there to get it fixed right? They charged us and we rode it for about a day. Next day the car starting flashing AGAIN. Show they did nothing. We went back to fix it and show them, and guess what they wasted our time. They just left it like that they fixed nothing. Changed nothing. The absolute disrespect this dealership has is crazy. I would not even recommend anyone even coming here. We wont be returning here and let me repeat this. DO NOT COME HERE TO FIX YOUR CAR ECT. This dealership is just a mess full of disrespectful employees and outrageous prices. Thank you.

I have been buying cars from this dealership since 2003/2004 and the service was always superb. As of late, it is very lack luster, to say the least! Every time I go in for an oil change, I'm there for no less than 3 hours. Also, I bought the top package deal, to cover door dings and wheel damage/defects. I have called the dealership 2 times today to see about getting an appointment set up or to speak to someone and each time was transferred by the very unfriendly receptionist, to a voicemail. I love my car, but it will be the very last purchase ever made from this dealership. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Very unprofessional and unacceptable service!

Inconsistent information between anyone you talk to regarding appointment availability and duration. When you do get an appointment it takes several hours for a simple oil change.
