I got into a car accident totally not my fault. We both insured with Fed Loya insurance. Got my quote for the damage pretty quickly. So a week pass by thinking I’ll get my car fixed by then or I’ll hear from them. So I called the 800 number. Spoke with the people transferred me to my claims adjuster David Perez. Left a voicemail and he got back with saying he can’t get in contact with the person that hit me. Not knowing he buying time cause what people don’t know they have 30 days prior your accident to fix your car. If they don’t fix it in that time frame they’ll close your case. So I had to reach out to the people that was at fault myself so we called on 3 way talk with David Perez the claim adjuster that Tuesday still haven’t called me. So I called the 800 number that Friday to find out what’s going on they tell me I gotta talk with my claim adjuster which is David Perez. Left another voicemail still haven’t got in contact with me. My accident happened 6/16/2021 so I got until 7/16/2021 to get my car fixed and it’s 7/10/2021 so they trying to wait the days out so they don’t have to fix my car which I’m not at fault. We pay a lot of money for car insurance and mines full coverage never been late always on time. David Perez is wrong and not professional at all. Got me thinking cause I’m a African American and the people who hit me was Mexican. Something gotta be done about this. Just going to see what happens next week if nothing happened imma report them to the Better Business Bureau. Got proof they had plenty of time to fix my car before my time expired. If I haven’t got into the people myself they wasn’t going to. Got receipt of our text messages and all. All I want is my car to be fix cause I didn’t ask for this to happen to my new car.
