But the Claims department is terrible. I never get a call back from the Adjuster NOT even the Supervisor. The claims department for Fred Loya is a separate entity. REALLY!!! The car rental Is A Separate Entity as well!! 🤦ðŸ»â€â™€ï¸So frustrating dealing with them. 🤬
