        The office personnel was very good at the Gus Thomasson branch. But the Claims department is terrible. I never get a call back from the Adjuster NOT even the Supervisor. The claims department for Fred Loya is a separate entity. REALLY!!! The car rental Is A Separate Entity as well!! 🤦🏻‍♀️So frustrating dealing with them. 🤬
