Unfortunately, I also agree with the other negative reviews here. Our car was hit by a large pipe that fell off someone's truck on the highway.  It busted up the underside of the car but mainly damaged the oil pan. When you're in an accident, late at night, you don't exactly have the wherewithal to look up local shops and read google or Yelp reviews. You're at the behest of whatever tow company you called, or that your insurance company called. I would bet that the tow company we used has a deal with this place so they took it here.It took a lot longer than expected to get this fixed.  The car was dropped off to this place on a Thursday.  We didn't expect anything to happen quickly and got a rental to help us out.  They do provide you a link with the status of your car, but it isn't all that helpful.  On Monday, we were told Wednesday.  On Wednesday, Friday.  On Friday, Monday.  We are at 2 weeks now, and still no idea or information as to whether or not the car is fixed or even looked at.  Finally, on Thursday, 2 weeks later, it's fixed.  Or is it?  Small dent on the front where the pipe hit didn't get fixed?  Sure the car runs, but now we have a little war wound on the car.  I'm sure the owners would whine here - "you should have told us so we could fix it".  And pay god knows how many more days on my rental?  You know that rental cost me $1.5k?  And who knows where they'd have to send it to get fixed! The other problem is that apparently this location can't do oil changes or wheel alignments so they had to send it out to another location - Duncanville.  Now they are "waiting for them to call" saying that the car is ready.  I can get both of those things from a Jiffy Lube, but a supposed "crash champions" location can't?  That's really odd. Now, I called Duncanville, who said the car is AT ANOTHER LOCATION and they are waiting for it back.  How many places must a car be taken before it is repaired?  I'm from New England.  It's usually ONE.  One is the number of repair shops you take a car to get fixed.I've called so many times trying to learn when it will be ready that I can tell they are annoyed with me.  But saying "We are waiting for them to call us" is not a good answer.Bill is our repair tech or representative.  But since he isn't working on the car and just waiting for a call from another place, I'm not sure exactly what his purpose is.Now, I'm sure they're all good people and if you have a small issue they can actually fix, then you'll be fine. Our main problem is that the longer this takes, the more we pay for the rental.  And we have to constantly juggle our work schedules in case, god willing, we get the call that our car is ready. So, no, I do not recommend using this, or any Service King / Crash Champions shop to work on your car.
