I called Troy Automotive regarding a safety inspection they performed on a vehicle my employer owns.
The first time I called, they hung up on me after I introduced myself - still not sure why.
The second time I called, the man on the line refused to help me at all. Not only would he not answer my question, he refused to transfer me to someone who could, including the technician who performed the inspection. He told me I'd have to speak to the owners but would not give me any information on when they'd be in or how to reach them.
The employees at Troy Automotive are extremely unprofessional and unhelpful, and I'm honestly not sure how they stay in business if this is how they treat someone asking a simple question.

My Honda was busted for real and then these guys fixed it so fast. Don't know anything about cars and these guys really took good care of me
