If I had more time on my hands, I would sue them. They overcharged me for consignment fees, their website was victim to malware and crashed and was inactive for 5 days. I have screenshots of each day so my consigned items that were supposed to be auctioned for 30 days, were exported to potential buyers for only 25 days . One or my sets which was estimated to be valued at $8000-$12,000, went for a fraction. Ms Rigdon is knowledgeable but I am NOT doing business with heritage ever again. Taking the rest of my items to Sotheby’s .

Stay away. Heritage is way over their head. Their website was attacked by a malware virus and it was down for days. My consignments were practically given away. Go to a real auction house.

I won a lot during an auction 05/06/2020. The auction site clearly declared me as the winner. A few minutes later, I received an email from Kyli indicating a 'delayed bid' outbid me. I clearly have evidence showing I won the auction. Heritage Auctioneers sent me a request from Live Auctioneers to cancel the auction win due to a "Clerk Error". I disagreed. I have left message for several members of management and contacted executives from the company and have yet to hear from them.

Don’t consign with them. Consider another auction house. Poorly managed. Unsecured website is susceptibleto virus attacks. Their website was down for days . We lost thousands:
