An excellent team of professionals. I had contacted other attorneys regarding a patent application with disappointing results. I picked Mr. Rizvi’s name by searching the internet. I was truly amazed at the level of efficiency, and the ease of dealing with this firm. They have been extremely responsive to my patent application process. They have very professional. They have provided me with a level of expertise and attention to detail that are unmatched. We have had multiple FaceTime meetings during the pandemic. They provided a detailed analysis of my patent with helpful recommendations that guided my application process. I searched high and low to find the right firm to handle my patent. Most just wanted to take my money and file based on what I conveyed my idea to be. The biggest difference I found and the reason I chose John Rizvi is they understand that in order to be successful you have to take the appropriate steps. From research if the idea is even patentable first and then detailing every aspect of the idea and breaking it down into various potential aspects that I didn't even think of. Covering your idea from every angel is what they are amazing at. My 4 page description I send them morphed into 26 pages of written explanation and 14 pages of drawings. They advised that I do a provisional filing first to protect my idea so I could work on and beta test my prototypes to refine my idea and then file the non-provisional. I ended up with so many changes during that year that had I filed the non-provisional in the beginning I would have screwed myself. Their guidance and knowledge is supreme and I recommend anyone looking for help to look no further.
