        Ive been going here for a while and it was okay but I just called about a letter and the lady put me on hold for 20 minutes and when I called back (because its an important letter) someone picked up but didnt say a word and hung up. Very rude. When I initially asked for the letter the lady didnt seem to know what I was talking about.

        My husband came here a few years ago and we needed his medical records since we moved and the woman was so rude to him and wouldnt let him speak! Then we went and spoke to Office Manager Daniel and he didnt let him say a single thing and was very rude! Its crazy that these are the kind of people that work at a BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CLINIC! You would think that theyd be trained to speak to people better since 75% of their patients have some sort of mental health problem!
