Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Showroom

The most self righteous Karen I have ever met. My truck lost a tire and had to pull into their parking lot. I advised the gentleman inside that I had a repair on the way and that I would be gone at a certain time which I was. He was very nice. However. The Karen came walking up to me and I was very polite and apologized for having to be in there precious parking lot. She became extremely rude even though I was about to leave. I hope that this is not the way you treat your customers. I might have been one at some point but not now. I live and work in the area. I will make sure that anyone that I know does not either. What a joke of a company

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Despite not having an appointment, they gave us their full attention and provided us with a competent dealer.

I have never actually been here, 2 years ago I somehow must have given them 1 star accidentally. I just noticed it. In repentance I am now giving them the 5 stars they probably deserve.

The showroom at Sub-Zero, Wolf is stunning. Truly a masterpiece. If you are looking for high-end appliances for your residential or commercial project this is a beautiful setting to see them in. There are vignettes set up throughout the two-story building showcasing some fabulous high-end appliances and a variety of finishes and styles. I particularly loved the stunning light fixture in the middle of the showroom, just wow! There is also some really lovely art sculptures throughout that I thoroughly enjoyed. I attended training in the downstairs kitchen and we had the luxury of being treated to meals from the in-house chefs, they are truly phenomenal. Everywhere you looked there was a thoughtfully integrated piece of cabinetry or appliance. This showroom is a must-see, I highly recommend!
