I lived here for a year before moving out of Dallas. This was my favorite place I lived in Dallas! Great location, reasonable prices, awesome management, quick maintenance...really no problems at all.

Ive lived here for 2.5 years and I have nothing but positive things to say about the complex and management! As you can expect with any apartment, wear and tear happens after many years living in the same place. I recently reached out to Jason, the property manager, because my carpet was in pretty rough shape. Within a week management had sent a team to repair my carpet and to my surprise they also deep cleaned all of the carpet in my apartment! This is just one of the many ways Jason and Alma have been so helpful and kind over the last few years! Management makes all the difference in an apartment complex and Easton excels here! No complaints.

It was good, until they started doing shortcuts. Back gate has been broken for over 3 months, with no fix. Residents now have to walk up and around to get in. If you don't have your phone, you get locked out. They call themselves luxury. Ok. Why don't you fix the gate for the residents you hike the rent on?

Having just moved into this apartment complex, we have nothing but the highest praise for the setting and the staff. Alma and Jason were incredibly helpful throughout the process -- from identifying to moving into a high quality one-bedroom unit. The amenities are lovely and include a well-kept courtyard as well as a generous pool area and clean gym. Parking is so convenient for both residents and guests. We hope to make the Easton our home for years to come. Thank you!
