The Principal Residences

Been here for at least two years now and just love it. The staff has always been more than helpful especially when keeping the residents informed on what goes on. We also do our part as a small community to have eachother's back. Also, this complex is very much pet friendly which is a huge plus. The maintenance men are so punctual and hardworking that they have been so helpful cleaning up and keeping everything in order. There are cameras that watch the parking lot plus the inside of the building for extra security. I give the rating 5 stars because my experience here has by far exceed my expectations.

Honestly as a black person this isn’t the right place to reside. I was delivering a package and was racially profiled by a leasing agent that accused me of trespassing and tried to not allow me in the property. Please you all those apartments are not even nice, and who wants to live inside a old school and with racists

Do not move here if you care about peace, living among respectful people, or management acting on anything. You will hear dogs barking and music blasting nonstop. The walls and floors are also EXTREMELY thin to the point where I don’t understand why they would even have people living here. It only gets 1 star because it’s a nice looking place. Absolutely won’t be renewing my lease.
