I've been a resident for a year in a half. The management is very caring and has great communication with their tenants. I will say I've seen several dirty complexes. They keep the building very clean. You will sometimes see trash due to a lack of consideration of some tenants however they have a really good cleaning staff that keeps the building very clean and smelling good all the time. I have been impressed. It has been a very good choice to move to this location. All my friends have been very impressed with the look and design of my apartment. I hope you will also.

Trisha is very attentive of her residents and applicants needs! She is always quick to get a response back to me and get things done in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the help I received from Trisha and Monica on my last minute move especially during this pandemic! KEEP ROCKING SUMMIT PARQUE!!!
