Madison @ Bellmar Apartments

By far the worst apartments Ive ever lived in . Somebody broke my window and door and they made ME PAY FOR IT , then again my heat hasnt worked the whole time winter has been in !

Parked here as a visitor and was told that you can park at any visitor spot at the Bellmar properties since they are all in a row. The visitor parking registration asks you to add the name of the property you are visiting and the resident you are visiting NOT which property the car is parked at. I filled out the form dutifully, and my car was still towed. Now following up with the leasing office, they say you can only park at the property of the person you are visiting, which is not the information the parking registration form says. Madison only has a handful of visitor parking spots. Once those are filled, your guests have nowhere to park. So if you regularly have visitors, this isn't the property for you because you'll waste time and money having to go get their car when it gets towed. I wish Yelp gave a zero stars option.

Do not even attempt to apply here! The leasing staff is very rude and unprofessional. I was charged 300 after being denied? Can someone please tell me how this even makes sense? They charged me for an admin fee and app fee which I paid upfront. So I was charged twice!!! I called and spoke with Olivia and she was extremely rude!!! I will be reporting this complex to the better business bureau and renters association of Texas. What they are doing is completely wrong and scandalous. They are bad business to begin with. I am glad I was denied because the staff at this complex are horrible! Do not move here!! Please beware!

I wouldnt live here unless you have no other option. Although the Madison community is peaceful there are just far too many in problems with an old community. I moved in with damage to the flooring, AC went out the first month, I had water seep into the apartment from storms, and termites. I extended my lease and had to get it removed because of the list adding up. The management, agents and maintenance do their best to make sure the community is in good shape. I just think its the luck of the draw with these apartments and I just happened to get a bad one.
