I still live here as my work is near by. But just learned that the staffs and customer care here has zero knowledge on what is customer care . Laundry facility continuously not working for months and they give lame excuses every time. We people lose our hard earned money every time using the public facility supposed to maintained by the property.They are not concerned anytime on such customer issues. All they do is take a complaint and just ignore iit to possible extent. Please think before moving here and don’t get excited in the older reviews to move . You will lose peace of mind .

This is a community containing staffs in the leasing office with no manners, and never response in time.

I think the staff in the leasing office and maintenance is amazing. Shout out to Brandy, Cindy, and Jordan. It is just refreshing to communicate with such professional people. Pros -I love the lake and the trails around it. Ducks and squirrels are wild sometimes but fun to see around. -The pet park is huge and pretty. -Security patrols the area. I've always felt safe at the apartment or walking around at night. -My packages were never stolen. There is an Amazon locker in a gastation nearby. -Never had a problem with parking. -Two laundry facilities around my building are clean and working. -I like the newsletter with different activities for the residents. Cons: - Utility bills are high. My roomate and I would pay around $70-$90. I wish the property had individual electricity meters. It is allocated and we could not save money as much as we tried on this aspect. - Old appliances (but functional) - I don't like the space distribution in my apartment. I could not see it before moving in. Overall, I've enjoyed my stay at The Lakes very much!

Hands down best apartment complex I've ever lived in. Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Not only is it in a prime area with any type of shopping one would need, the ascetic here is beautiful. Has a beautiful walking trail surrounding a huge pond. They always have fun activities scheduled for the villagers (movie night on a big screen outdoors, boot camps, cooking classes, etc.) Most importantly they've accommodated every maintenance request in an unusually quick manner. Right before the virus hit, I requested new carpet in my unit which they were happy to accommodate. Unfortunately, less than a week later, we were all quarantined. Several months passed & my lease espiring in less than 6 mths, I asked if they could just give it a shampoo. They scheduled a contracted company to come in the very next day free of charge to me! There are so many other positive things I could say about this place but this review would turn into a novel. Highly highly recommend this place if your looking for a new home.
