Forest Cove Apartments

How do you come into a office fill out a whole entire application with required documents and nothing is done. I call and they saying send it again they can't find it.... for to do the same thing??? Why should I keep sending my info for you to just lay my stuff around. I will be homeless messing with these people. Feeling very Frustrated.

Horrible manager, it's his way or no way.. .he literally yelled at me out the door threatening me like some high school kid Unprofessional and never following up on what's going on unless it's an easy quick fix if it's something complicated he's not going to do it and he's not going to let the maintenance people do it I have squirrels running in my wall in my apartment I can hear them and I've seen them coming in and out of the opening on the roof

Update: After being here for a year this has not been a good experience. This place is INFESTED with ROACHES... No matter how much you clean they are everywhere. There is also foundation problems and for some strange reason there are frequent power outages ( I have had 3 just today alone ). When I talk to the maintenance guy about the foundation problems he said there are MAJOR foundation problem all over the apartment complex. IF YOU HAVE TO MOVE HERE ... it should only be temporary and make sure to talk to some of the residents ( do your research ). Management will tell you whatever is necessary to get your money 1st moved in a year ago: This was a easy and painless process. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Apartment's are very clean at great prices... I can't wait to start enjoying my new apartment. Thx Perla!!!!

worst place to live , staff is pretty nice ( NEW MANAGEMENT only because last was rude & inconsiderate) but however I’ve been staying here over a year and it’s infested with roaches ( no matter if u call pest control or how clean u are ) I’ve had mold in my bathroom since I moved in also had leaks everywhere, my bathroom is leaking from under the floor smell like urine they still haven’t fixed it !! it’s like the emergencies are never heard. I’ve stayed in a lot of low income apartments but these the worst only good thing is the inside is has somewhat pretty appliances but doesn’t beat roach free nor leak mold free. It’s the roaches for me tho , yeah you might see one every other month in yo life but EVERY single day is unacceptable i don’t live filthy nor leave food out im confused because I called pest control & it was a roach laying on the sticker like huh ? then i buy my own raid i clean daily so this shouldn’t be this bad , this might as well be they’re home because from the neighbors it’s EVERYONE unit ..
