Crossings On Marsh Apartments

They do not ever give you a call back or return calls but they know how to contact you when they need something management is horrible there have been three different managers in the past two years they have gone up on their rent but yet have made zero improvements including the rodent infestation and mold its surprising the amount of renters insurance claims that they should have against disappointment wish they only required us to have in this past year and its probably because all the mold complaints I would not recommend this place to anyone

Please stop replying with these generic responses when you guys do nothing to fix any issues. Starting with the extreme mold and rodent infestations , the amount of renters insurance claims you guys should have against you which was not required for residents to have before this past year due to the amount of complaints. You all never answer the phone or return phone calls but you know how to reach out to residents when you need something. The amount of managers this building has had within the last two years is questionable no one stays here and there is always A new representative here. Theres always noise , criminal activity happening across the way which now we have a police patrolling through. The gate is always broken and I have had to park outside of the apartment and walk inside due to the broken gate but yet the rent prices have went up with no improvements made! I am glad this is my last 6 month lease and I will not be renewing its best to pay mortgage without all the hassle ! I would not recommend!

Amanda is horrible they doesnt answer the phone or try to reach back out Ive tried calling plenty of times shes rude also maintenance doesnt comes out when you need them too its ridiculous but theyll call you or make sure to see you when they need something

Apartment is decent for the price. Ive had a few issues with the gate code not working but Ive finally got a solution. Hopefully things stay smooth sailing for the next 13 months.
