We wanted our dryer vent checked for any buildup for lint, etc. Chad was on time and quickly went to the dryer and did a quick check. There was a buildup, he vacumed it all out from the vent and dryer itself. He was very courteous, effecient and cleaned up. A good value as compared to paying higher energy prices and wearing out the dryer quicker. Will definitely use again for the Dryer and Air Ducts when the time comes. Chad came to our home and was very knowledgeable! We had a big mold remediation project done in our home and I wanted a company to clean out all of our air vents without the toxic chemicals that most companies use. Akiva with Organic Home Service arrived on time and was professional and knowledgeable. My dryer quit drying and I needed the dryer duct cleaned as it had clogged in the past causing the same problem.
Akiva used a camera and determined that the duct was not clogged or needed cleaning at all. He showed me the pictures of the clean inside of the duct and explained that most likely it was my dryer that needed repair. He said that since he could not help me he would not charge me for his visit, not even a trip charge.
He was a very upstanding and honest guy and represents a quality company that I will definitely call upon again. Recommend them highly! Thank you Organic Home Services!
