I have been working with Integrity Air for some time. From their office staff, Sheila and Pamela, the technitions Chris, Jamie and Alan and the owner Ben, I could not have asked for better service! I was having problems with my unit and the Owner, Ben made it right! I would definately reccommend this company.

I hired this company which calls themselves integrity air. I can tell you first hand this company is not built on integrity. After paying for the service and parts. I did a bit of research on the part which was put in. It was a capacitor which literally took him less than 5 minutes to install and cost me 350 dollars, he stated that it came with a 5 year warranty that’s why it cost so much. From my research I called the Carrier a/c company and that capacitor that was taken out to replace was a part that was 23.51 to replace. So please don’t waste your time with this company because they are only looking to rip you off. They told me all services come with flat rate fee and after asking what their flat rate fee was they would not answer my question. So don’t think you will get satisfaction by calling the company because they have no desire to help anyone. Service: AC repair
