Nightmare with this HOA their site and everything does not provide good easy to find information. No where to update mailing address. Just horrible. And they send a notice for absolutely everything.

Susan Purdy from extension 114 was extremely rude. I tried to explain to her that I have not received any information about the HOA dues. She proceeded to mock me and say, I dont deliver the mail, Mind you, I wasnt being rude or combative. She seems like a very troubled woman, bless her heart.

I received a fine for not having my yard cut during one of the storms.I can't even talk to anyone at the company because they're never available.This Mayfield person who is supposed to be the manager is NEVER available.These people need to really start using common sense.I have lived in my home for nearly 10 years and all of my experience with ACMI have been negative.

this company sucks. I don't need someone to tell me when to wash the mildew off the side of my house. When I see it I take care of it. I don't want my property to look bad. Sometimes I am busy working and can't get to in your time table. Sodding my yard-Why on gods green earth would I try sodding my yard in 110 degree heat after it just all died. Now its to cold. I requested to get it completed in the Spring. thenI get not 1, not 2 but three 42.75 fees because they had to send the letters. Just a bunch of scammers in my opinion. this is just robbery. I wish i could give negative stars because they have been horrible for 20 years!
