Kanda is thorough and fast to respond. We had a plumbing issue and she called several plumbers until one was able to come out. It was a more difficult situation than it would have normally been due to the Feb 2021 freeze. I can recommend StressFree.

Still have not seen our replacement dishwasher. It's been a month. We were told it would be here by now. My wife is disabled. Making it hard for her to stand there bent over the sink hand washing. My helping wash and dry does little to help her discomfort. Aside from this issue they have been easy to deal with. And if you call to check up on something they usually kick it in high gear.

Very bad company for anyone. If you are trying to lease and this company is the property management please do it lease. Since the day I moved into home. Nothing has been fixed by them. If they come to fix anything that isn’t your fault they want to charge you each time. Then weather damaged the wood fence. They want me to pay for someone to come out to look at it. And I pay the cost.

If I were an owner, I would start a social media campaign against this company. So far, the only thing they actually do correctly without issue is withdraw my rent from my bank. God help you if you have a maintenance emergency past 4pm or on a weekend or holiday - Stress Free is not coming to your rescue. I have had the misfortune of being forced to work with Stress Free through the owner of the house I rent for over a year, and the 2 maintenance emergencies I have had happened on weekends. I am fortunate the owner of the house I rent is responsive to maintenance emergencies, but I do not know how that owner sees clear to paying Stress Free for anything.
If you rent, I highly recommend you ask BEFORE you sign a lease if Stress Free Property Management is involved - if they are, DO NOT SIGN!
It is shocking to me that a company can be this bad in 2021. Where is the accountability?
