Five stars for Borealis Custom Construction. As with many people who suffered freeze damage this winter, we were desperate to find someone who could complete the needed repairs at a reasonable price and with professional results. Fortunately, we found Eric Leffler and Borealis Construction. They coordinated their job start with the end of the work by the remediation company and developed a process that got us back in our house quickly while additional repairs were still being completed. They recommended reputable vendors for things like cabinets and maintained good communication with us throughout the process. They had a project supervisor on-site at least three times a week to make sure the work was proceeding according to our agreement which really enhanced communication and provided updates for us on project progress. Perhaps best of all, Borealis was able to communicate directly with my insurance company to get me reimbursed for the full cost of repairs less my deductible. The initial estimate for the scope of the work was about one third what the actual cost of repairs was, so it took someone who could communicate effectively with my insurance company as to why additional repairs were required to make sure I was fairly compensated. Eric was able to do this. I have already referred two other family members to Borealis. Borealis helped us out with a number of repairs required to our home for a corporate relocation. They were very responsive, well organized and met all of their commitments. The crew were respectful and courteous. Everything was done to our satisfaction and quickly. When the work was done Eric returned to do an inspection of the work and make sure we were happy. I would recommend them without reservation!

Borealis is the best contractor I have ever used, hands down. I had a leak that left a chunk of my house in shambles with water damage, and they not only fixed me up, but did an awesome remodal on my bathroom! The whole team is awesome to work with- they really go above and beyond. I cant wait to have them back over to upgrade the rest of my house to look as good as that bathroom!
