Friendly and hospitable owners! They were very accommodating to our wacky schedule. Got some great shots of our senior. The whole process took about 15 minutes. Highly recommend! So much more affordable than school sanctioned senior portraits.

Club volleyball pictures. Had to pay ahead of time and at the time of payment we were told that e correct jersey number would be photoshopped on the picture. This didnt happen so we have random jersey numbers on our picture and the team picture doesnt have the coach on it and because of the jersey number issue we have three girls on the team with the same number and two other girls on the team with the same number. I tried to contact this company on Facebook, Instagram, email and phone number. I was told that they couldnt photoshop the numbers because it would take too much time. We should have been given another retake photo day or a refund. Nothing was offered or given. The photograph is at a horrible angle because it was just a tripod picture at a low angle. Not professional and would not recommend.

Extremely unprofessional and terrible customer service. Editied to reply to their reply below. It had absolutely NOTHING to do with payment. The school is actually not EVER doing business with them again due to there unprofessional customer service towards there clients. An ENTIRE school! I tried credit card over the phone, but timing was never good for them to take it. They tried calling me back after 7:30pm when I was putting my children to bed. I even tried to explain this to them. I asked to leave a check at the school, they actually stated they don't accept checks and I still have the text message from her to prove it!!! They also wouldn't even release my pictures when the school offered ANY of the payments they mentioned below.. Literally, can't make this stuff up... Notice how long it even took them to respond.. BC they were just trying to cover up with a lie to make themselves look better.. Merry Christmas grinch!

First year for my daughter to play for a a club volleyball team. Arrived for pictures and the lady was rude by saying I told them ( I assume she was referring to our club director) to tell yall to get here early. Prior, each girl chose a time to take pictures and we arrived 20 minutes before our scheduled time. Didn't explain packages, give us a order form, clipboard, or pen. She was not friendly and just downright rude. I personally don't pay for pictures in advance but since the club is A-1 I felt safe to do so. I also don't spend my money when the customer service is poor. My daughter noticed the rudeness as well. The lady at the table swiped my credit card for payment and didn't say thank you or where to go. I walked with my daughter to the photographer who was nice. He rushed and snapped 3 pics and that was it BUT he was very nice and friendly. After my daughter, another parent had a problem with the photographer but all he did was ask her to step back so that's not rude. We receive the pictures WEEKS later (turnaround is terrible) and parents including myself was disappointed. No Coach on the group picture, teammates missing, and the overall quality was poor. My daughter jersey number was uneven because it was digitally placed as well as the players. I then sent a email to Robin and she didn't care , took offense, and didn't resolve my concerns but took my money. I also told her after she told me that the Coaches couldn't be placed on the pictures that this should have been told prior so we would have had the choice to order a group picture or not. I'm 42 years old. I've participated in sports and coached and its traditional to have the coach in the team photo. I have no memories and now must find another photography company to capture memories of my daughters FIRST experience playing club. I also shared with Robin that my daughter school did the same during volleyball season and that's taking the team players and Coaches individual pictures and placing them together digitally and the pictures were amazing from posing to quality. We also chose the pose we wanted. With this company we didn't choose the pose we wanted, and girls didn't get to choose what pose they wanted to take their individual pose. The pictures look like a rushed job. I will NEVER order from this company again. I'll update and share the email communication.
