Lawnscaping Plus

Landscaping Plus made a new system for our house on May 2019. Yesterday, September 8th the system has a problem at zone 1, the water does not come out by the spray heads but by under ground and flushing a lot of soil from the flower bed to the drive way. There are 2 pictures for this problem. We will call them and hoping they will come to our house soon to fix the problem. I called them on 9/9/19, then they called me back in the next day to let me know they already fixed the problem. The zone 1 is working well now, we really like their service. That is why we had changed the Lawnscaping Plus from 3 stars to 5 stars. Thank you Tony, Jennifer and Brian's team work.

I was very happy with the service we received from this company. They came out and looked at our existing sprinkler system, which we couldn't get to turn on at all. They evaluated what we had that was working and what needed to be done to get it up to speed. I was impressed that they got to work right away the same afternoon and stayed for five and a half hours until it was done. We needed a new controller box, as ours was 25 years old and no longer working, and many of the valves and sprinkler heads needed replaced. They finished it all and programmed it so it would water in various zones four days a week at four a.m. We payed extra to make sure the whole yard was covered, but the price was reasonable. The man in charge, I don't remember his name, was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. The new system works great! I'm glad we called Lawnscaping Plus!!

Owner Tony was very nice. However, the project I was interested in exceeded my budget, so I have to wait. I'd use him when the time comes to have the project done.

Great experience using Lawnscaping Plus! I called this company early in the morning for some repair work that I needed done. The receptionist explained to me that she wouldn't know for a couple of hours if they would be able to get to my job or not yesterday. Sure enough, two hours later she called and said that he'd be there at 1:45pm. Tony and his helper evaluated my job....gave me an estimate and then proceeded to do the job quickly. A couple of pipe layout problems popped up...but nothing Tony hasn't see before. After a few hours, my sprinkler system is not re-routed in the correct spots, sprayer heads are spraying where they should. I wish all contractors had Tony's sense of excellent customer service!
