LazerX - Laser Tag Arena

It was really great service was perfect and it was affordable so i give it a 5 star had no complaints especially the people in the front who assisted us in our experience in laser tag

It’s okay. My son has his 9th birthday here, and he loved it. Overall it turned out well but I felt stressed. It seemed to be understaffed. Our party started at 4 and the room wasn’t clean from the previous party until about 3:55 so we were just starting to set up our stuff while discussing drink/pizza orders and the schedule with the attendant while people were showing up giving us gifts and ready to play. There was almost no help during the party. They came in once to give us pizza and once to drop off two pitchers. For refills we had to walk the pitchers to the front a couple times. I used to bring my own lighter and serving utensils to party places, but I didn’t this time because every place I’ve ever had a party at would have those things. We did get a barely working lighter from them. We served our own pizza, drinks, cake. I will say they were not pushy about the 5:45 end time. I actually had to bug them about paying at the end. Pizza is edible. Games were okay- they’re a little dated, but I think only pinball malfunctioned. Kids though they were great. However, if you run out of quarters and don’t have cash to get some more, they recommend you walk to the credit union to pulse out cash. The place is small, but I already knew that so that part was not a surprise to me. There are a couple small tables to sit at in the arcade.

We were hoping to do a small party for my son's most recent birthday, and I was surprised at the pricing for a party of 10. I think we spent 3x as much at other places for a party of about the same size. I LOVE that I was able to book and pay the deposit entirely online, but someone still called a few days before to let me know that I could call and let them know if any changes needed to be made, or to just show up if no changes were needed. The staff was very friendly and super attentive, and the party room was a good size for what we needed. The arena was really cool, and all the kids (and most of the parents) had a great time. We did leave some cake crumbs on the floor and table, but I was assured that the staff could take care of it. This was probably the less-stressful, most hassle-free birthday party we've ever had after 11 years of birthdays. Totally recommend.
