        I was told “they are a business that works on appointments only”. They don’t take walk ins. I have tried to call for two weeks to get an appointment and they won’t answer the phone. I was there at 1013 on a Saturday morning with no one else there. They could have seen me. Or at least done my consultation and had me come back for my cut. Very unprofessional. Very poor follow up after great service from Joshua last time.
