Cutest place in the area with homemade recipes and the best bread! We go here when we want something like grandma cooked. Green beans especially!!! And dont leave without a box of all kinds of sweets!!! Parking: Love it!!! You feel like you are at grandmas on Sunday after church!

One of my favorite stops when Im visiting Houston. Always get the sandwich combo with the chicken salad sandwich, broccoli and cheddar soup (which wasnt available today but their tomato basil soup was good), and a salad. Their bread is the best!

Beware!! This establishment is charging 11.75% sales tax. My receipt had a sales tax line item that displayed 11.75%. I called the bakeshoppe and inquired about the 3.00% overcharge of sales tax. I was informed the square guy setup their system that way. Im assuming theyre charging a transaction fee but rather than separating the 3.00% as a separate line item they tacked it on their sales tax line item. Ive communicated my concerns and forwarded my receipt to the Texas Comptroller and Mastercard. Customers are entitled to a refund of the overpayment of sales tax.
