Ebby Halliday

Terrible experience! I originally worked with Tammy looking at one house then she passed us off to another realtor who showed us several houses. We finally saw one house we liked but little did we know that house was heavily roach and rat infested. The realtor recommended her inspector that she always works with come out to do the intial home inspection. Boy was that a mistake. This home inspector guy named Ray (GRC Inspection) did a very lazy subpar inspection. He missed several important things (including the thousands of roaches) that we had to address. It is my assumption that the inspector saw the roaches in the attic and walls and bought this info to our realtor who did not want to disclose that info just so she can get her fat paycheck for the sale of this house. After closing and moving in when we go to the house we saw to big dogs in front of our door that the owner left along with about 10 cats. We agreed that the owners would take them when leaving and it was even in the contract. When we bring that up to our realtor she said ok we will help you take care of that then I never heard back. I am a first time homebuyers and feel very taken advantage of. This was a nightmare experience for my wife and Ido to the very questionable business practices of Ebby Halliday realtors. I do not recommend Ebby Halliday realtors as they are a very shady company. The Universe can see all of your deeds and when you do wrong to someone you are only hurting yourself as what you do comes back to you. Even though they treated me this way I wish peace and blessings upon them all.
