Major issues with this homes dealer. The person my husband and I were assigned was (Sharon) seemed nice at first but later on before closing we weren’t updated with the process of our home the entire process took longer than six months with us calling today homes and being told once they’re updated they’ll let us know. The process was slow. Every time we called we felt as if we were bothering the staff or the person assigned to selling us our home. We finally received our home and it was put together so sloppy the trim was popping off like crazy and things were constantly falling apart door catches weren’t even placed right and there were gashes in my floor. Upon calling today homes to state the issues we were having with the home a person came out 1 time to “correct” these issues and never followed up on. The person assigned to us selling our home to us is bad about returning calls or emails. The ac duct under our home was placed so sloppy the ac duct fell down and a professional had to be sent out to fix the issue. The price we are paying for our home now having all these issues is not worth the headache or the time we’ve put into this entire process.our cabinets weren’t even installed properly Please heed this warning take your business elsewhere.
