        I was wary about kolache & brisket but oh my gosh it was amazing. Great taste! The sauce served w brisket tasted great, perfect compliment. I had to ask for extra sauce, it was that good. The picked sides (cucumber, red onion & jalp) had a very nice mild flavor. I had the 3 lunch special w sausage wrap, brisket kolache & pork kolache ($9.95) Definitely will go back btw only outside seating

        Yummy! My family recently stayed in CC. I chose this place based on the reviews. We bought a variety of kolaches to try and, while brisket and pulled pork were my favorites, they were all delicious! They did not disappoint.
