        Awesome workout environment! The trainers are engaging and encouraging, and the sessions are personalized to the individual. I would recommend this place to anyone aspiring to become more fit, loose weight or who want to increase their overall strength. Great bang for the buck!

        Great total body workout. The trainers and people that workout here are all welcoming and friendly. It's great for first time rowers and experienced ones. They'll walk you through the proper technique if you're new to the sport. You can push yourself as hard as you want, making it a challenge for every level rower. It's an interval based training- you spend 5-7 minutes on the rower and 5 minutes doing floor exercises. Bring water. They supply the towels.
