John was very responsive to my request and a very patient listener. Due to no fault of his own, my issue with rats was overwhelming. He did his best, including a second visit, and then insisted on a full refund because he felt he failed to meet his guarantee. He also showed a great deal of sensitivity given that the house was occupied by my dying brother. I would not hesitate to recommend this company in most any circumstance. Service: Rodents

We spoke with John and I believe our tech was named Aaron, and they were great! We are much happier with all those yucky bugs gone. Very professional and very accommodating. Aaron answered all of our questions regarding our pets, as we have 3 dogs and a kitty we were very worried about. Thank you guys so much, we’ll definitely be using you again!

If you’re thinking about going with total pro pest control 100% DO IT!! Josh was very easy to set up an appointment with and Aaron, who came to spray, was so cool and personable! We did a walk through of the house with him and he made it known that he would take care of any issues we had in regards to bugs. I high recommend going here and they were much cheaper than other places I called! Services: Ants, Rodents

John was very professional and great customer service. Brad was the one that came out and sprayed my house and man what a great guy! He was kind and on time, texted me asking if he could even come earlier because he had a window of time before our scheduled appointment. I will always go with Total Pest control from now on. I used to go with Terminix but had quite a few of bad experiences with them. Looking forward to doing business with Total Pest Control for as long as I stay in corpus. Also has very fair prices!! John, Zaida and the crew with Total Pro Pest Control are very friendly and responsive. We had purchased a home and wanted to have it treated before we moved in. Total Pro was the only company of several I called that was willing and able to provide service on short notice. We've been using them for several years now and are completely satisfied.
