I am disappointed with this facility. Because I requested my files for the past three years, I am being threatened by Doctor Lau to drop me as a patient. I have done everything required and asked from me. I have come out clean in the last 6 drug screens. I also signed a form that doesnt mentioned to be drug tested every visit. Its harassment! I tell my doctor what bothering me and affecting me and its like she puts up an argument. Almost as if she dont believe me. I have provided proof of constant bleeding from my diverticulitis, my neck, my back both have four or more herniated disk and been requesting a referral for almost a year. I have requested for my meds to be reevaluated and they are treating to drop me as a patient. Its not my fault I suffer from severe anxiety. They wont help me with meds but help my uncle and brother in law. What happened to doctors who take an oath to help the sick. I have continuously have had problems with this facility. Going to call the medical board and report the issues that Im currently having with this place. I even thought about contacting the local media.

No one answers the phone! Ive been trying for days to schedule an urgent appointment thru both the main line as well as the google phone to no avail, and my message on MyChart was never answered.
