The food and drink were pretty good. The attention was good but service can improve. The side food came a little bit cold and not at the same time. Other than that the visuals make up for it.

This place was a surprise. All wait staff interactions were very positive and cool, but the gem was the food. Outstanding. The Wilson Strip and the chicken fried chicken were very good. Panko fried mushrooms and the queso were really good. Saw another table with a killer looking chop; for next time for sure. Corpus doesn't have a lot of really good restaurants, luckily The Wilson can cover. Definitely making this place a place we leave on the go-to everytime we are in the area. Ask for Daphne's section, her food recommendations were on point. Woulda shared a photo of the food, but we attacked it.

Wilson burger was awesome one of the best burgers in Corpus. Service not so good our server was sitting at a table with the other servers talking, tea refills and beer took awhile. On the plus side did save money on not buying so many beers.
