        Disappointing service, forgot (twice) to send proof of insurance cards and receipts as asked. Last straw was no  reminder to re-up, as they had done in previous months. Was willing to continue because I support local, but would NOT take cash or check. Since they can't be trusted with bare minimum of insurance service, they're not getting my credit card info to keep on file. Shame, seems like such an easy job.
