When we first got there the rooms were not available. We waited about an hour until we got our room. We had arrived at 2:45 pm but even then check in should be at 3! IF YOU EXPECT PEOPLE TO CHECK OUT ON TIME YOU SHOULD ALSO BE EXPECTED TO CHECK US IN ON TIME!
There was a man named Jose who was really friendly and at least was apologetic. There was another lady but she was very stand offish. I heard her tell another lady that check in isnt necessarily at 3 and that its just an estimated blah blah.
The rooms were okay. The beds were not too bad. But I will say I would not stay here again. The channels on the room sucked! They didnt even let us know what the wifi was which is normally on the key card slip.

Nice friendly staff. Clean breakfast area. Good food. Comfortable stay. Affordable
Rooms: Security walks the hotel all day and night. Clean, comfortable and I got a good nights rest
Nearby activities: Shopping Mall and unlimited choices of stores
Food & drinks: So many eating places. Unlimited choices

not marriott standards at all
dont let the pics fool you
one girl at check in had a bad attitude did not help at all or make us feel welcomed
we asked for extra towels and supposably they were all being washed makes no sense how all towels are being washed
the pool was dirty
i tild the manager about the rude receptionist but who knows if she told her anything
but yea DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Our room was not ready when we arrived. Bathroom had not been cleaned and sheets had not been changed. When we asked for more linens, we were told that they would have to be washed. As we were leaving I saw them putting dirty linens into an employees vehicle to take to get washed.
I also witnessed what appeared to be an assistant manager giving an open box of cereal to the breakfast attendant and telling her it was "found" and she can use it to fill the cereal dispensers. When she gave him a look of uncertainty he said "it's still good".
Country Inn Hotel next door had broken windows and missing AC unit on one of their rooms.
Some kind of septic/sewer maintenance occured as we were leaving and we could smell sewage all throughout the building. The sewage worker entered the building with his poopy boots on to talk to the front desk.

They were 3 hours late with the room only to get a dirty room never again will stay at the hotel
