I will say they are nice & seem to care but customer service after is poor. Make sure you get everything done before you pay them. Once they have your money customer service disappears. Billing department is a joke. & yes I paid in full so I owed them nothing so they fell like they no longer need to help. I see why they have such poor reviews compared to others.

Constant pay issues. Hold your checks. Don’t pay their bills. Their Houston office got closed temporary because they didn’t pay their landlord. They often reduced hours. Management and owner are very shady and liars. If you make to much they try to force you out. Constant turnover. Front desk people always have issues. Cockroaches in the lobby coffee maker. Open MRI machine constantly down as the technician not getting paid to repair and provide maintenance. OSHA has even came in there and fined them for issues. Avoid this place for employment and services at all cost. You’ve been warned.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. This is my 3rd time here. The first time I came to have an MRI, after waiting over an hour, then they moved me to another waiting room for the MRI. After some waiting, I noticed I was completely alone in their building. I came out looked around, called out for anybody and nobody was in the building so I left. As I left, the receptionist then calls and asks if I left. Are you kidding - I explained to her that I did after being left alone in the entire building. Management called me and set me up with an early appointment. The second appointment went well. Here I am again getting another MRI. Appointment is scheduled for 5 pm. Receptionist comes and tells me she has to talk to me because they noticed my script wasn’t signed. They noticed this at 3pm and it’s now 5:25. She tried calling the drs office and they must have left for the day already because their answering service is on. So they can’t perform the MRI with the signed script. Really? Nobody could call and let them know that they still hadn’t received my script prior to my appointment. What a waste of time!
