        Terrible. Situation at the care center on SPID. They advertise you will see a doctor the same day when you call and request an appointment. But that is false advertising. This is the 2nd time that I have a problem getting to see a doctor The first time they told me I have to wait until the next month. So I told the call center to ask for the office manager. I got an appointment after that. Today I called, hanged on for 14 min before the guy ca m e back and told me "THE OFFICE IS NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE. This company should be investigated for false advertising.
