Diamond Point Catering Services

Food is always cold. Beef is tough, similiar texture to jerky. Chicken dried out. Vegetables are charred and still hard. Everything is bland. No seasoning.

Food is great, customer service and bartending services were HORRIBLE. Bartenders were completely incompetent, caused us to purchase $1,000 of extra alcohol because they couldnt find the extra alcohol midway through our wedding (which was under the bar they set up), made rude tipping comments to guests, incapable of making requested cocktails even though all ingredients were present and didnt serve champagne to all guests (we had an entire case leftover the next day so we certainly didnt run out). because we live out of state, we were unable to take the extra liquor home with us and ended up wasting $1,000 because of DPC bartending. When we approached DPC with our issues the week after our wedding, we were met with complete obstinance. They took zero responsibility for the poor bartending services claiming that we hired them. We paid them yes, but they were provided and recommended by DPC who claimed they use them all of the time. DPC took zero responsibility for our issues and after spending weeks arguing with them and having spent over $10k with DPC, they provided a measly $300 refund. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Recently attended a function catered by Diamond Point. The food was delicious. Curiously, the menu was only hors d'oeuvres & desserts no vegetables or sides, not a full plate meal. But I don't know if that was just the hosts decision or all that was offered. But it was DELICIOUS

Diamond Point catered a fundraiser luncheon for MDA last month that we hosted. The set up team was excellent and efficient. The food was amazing. I had so many compliments on the food that people asked me for cards for the catering company. I would definitely use them again and again.
