I used to bank through WF but recently switched to Frost and it has been great. WF ALWAYS had an issue cashing my checks, or not allowing me to use my card because they were working on their system or they would NEVER answer a question and I could rarely get help on the phone. TODAY I got a 4,000 check from Allstate and they bank
Through WF. So I went there to cash my check. They wouldnt let me and told me I needed my wife with me (it was written to both of us) the lady helping knows who I am and ALWAYS has a difference in opinion on social media, I went to the WF downtown and the teller laughed and said you should have easily been able to cash this by yourself because it says both your names separately, it doesnt say Joseph Q AND Jade Q which made me think ever more. Never again with WELLS FARGO! Especially Calallen location!!

Korissa Rojas and Cynthia Paredez personal bankers have been awesome helping me with notary stuff and accounts. They both have a great personality that is inviting to a customer coming in and make you feel like whatever you need is no problem at all. In these days it is hard to find good customer service and I have to say these 2 Representatives make wells fargo look good!!!
