I've been having my car serviced at sears since I got it (6 years ago) with 5 years of it getting regular maintenance here in Corpus Christi. For the most part I get awesome service. Today I did not. I made an appointment to for and alignment today and was told prior to the appointment that it would be between 30 minutes to an hour. I had work at 2 in Portland so I figured 10 would be a good time. Well, I arrive at 10 and sit in the waiting area and look outside at 11:30 and my car still hasn't been serviced. I asked the man at the counter how much longer it would be because I did have to go home and get ready for work at 2. The man said he didn't know who told me it could take 30 minutes to an hour that it takes an hour and a half at least. He went and asked when my car would get worked on and just told me it would be next and stated that there was nothing more he could tell me. So I sat there until my car was finally next at 12:30 and done at 1:30. I'm not even sure why I made an appointment if my car wasn't going to be serviced until 12:30. I was also late to work as well.
