Was recommended by someone and regret not reading the reviews before coming here. The place is nice and clean, receptionist was pleasant, however, the doctor was not very nice and his bedside manner was just horrible. I was shocked when he asked if I needed a Pap Smear and went on to say “you don’t have to be a gynecologist to do/perform Pap Smears. I was mortified and of course declined. Also, just wanted a physical/wellness appointment and had to be seen for a consult before getting a wellness appointment, which is just another way for them to run your insurance multiple time and collect those steep copays. I will not coming here ever again.

Dominique Kimble is personable and generally willing to listen to you - but she is very forgetful! - I agree with this statement. I went here for a Covid test. It’s been more than 72 hours still no results. I had to call and follow up. I have a feeling she forgot to send my testing kit to the lab. SMH!

I have been going here for years for my prescription. By law I have to have a face 2 face every 3 months . Every visit it’s the same pay 100 dollars out of pocket to tell them nothing has changed . I had my visit last month now they are telling me I need to come in again with no warning. So now I have to pay another fee back to back to tell them nothing has changed , we’ll actually they changed my doctor and now she wants to see me again cause I am a new patient.. same disease...same medication ..same building same patient....but now I get to be off my meds for a week. This lack of care is why people don’t like medical professionals in the us.

Dominique Kimble is personable and generally willing to listen to you - but she is very forgetful! Double check with her before you leave what she prescribed and where she sent it. That said I will no longer go to her as she refuses to treat me for migraines further without hundreds of dollars in imaging I explained I could not afford - she won't even give me refills on my medications to help manage them. Are you still a Healthcare provider if you refuse to provide Healthcare? Dr Sheffield may not remember you at all from one visit to the next so be ready to go over details with him each time you're seen. That said, his bedside manner is Excellent and he's easy to speak with about any issues you have. Will not see him for migraines any more, however, as he insisted on trying the same medication 4 times in varying doses despite it not working for me at all. If there's something else we can try (and there was) how many office visits do I have to pay for before I get to try it? (Five, apparently.) Dr Montgomery is an ***hole. Plain and simple. The definition of spends 5 minutes with you, dismisses everything you say (probably insulting you along the way), and then sends you away unhappy and untreated. DO NOT LET MONTGOMERY TREAT YOU. Why does he always have appointments ready and available? Because he's HORRIBLE and no one wants to be mistreated by him. Wild that he's still employed here... Then again, if I got to bill someone's insurance $$$ for 5 minutes of not caring and not listening, I'd take that easy money too!
