CareNow Urgent Care - Corporate Office

I went in for a DOT issue, I provided documents from another medical provider for my DOT. I was told all I needed was to provide this information. I had to wait 1 and half hour. I ask the receptionist why I needed to see doctor she stated he just needed to talk to me. Then they said I needed to retake the whole DOT physical again

Fortunately for this company you have to put a star on here. The 2 clowns at the front desk were extremely disrespectful. Talking about females in a derogatory manner and the great times they had the night before. Talked to me as if I was one of their juvenile friends. Amazed to say the least. Mechanicsville VA

Took my child for a concussion release. I told them exactly what we were there for. They took my $270. Then when we saw the PA, we were told sorry we can complete a concussion review here. I asked for my money back and was told I had to call corporate. I did and still 4 weeks later no answer into my inquiry. I was just told maybe another 3 weeks. They should have never taken our money knowing they could not help. We need that money back and no one will help

I Hada horrible Experience at this location, i have beena patient for over 15 years, i went in for allergies infection, i was prescribed a medication that did not work and i called back 72 hrs later, i was advised to finish the dose and if i was still not feeling better to call back and she will call in another medication, since then, i have been given running around , being treated rudly by the front lady, i need someone higher up to get to me ASAP
