I had my first appointment here with Pilar, PA today for my annual. From check in to check out, I had a great experience. I was a little alarmed with all the negative reviews, but I experienced none of that!

You should think about change the appointment staff, he was so rude, he didn't listen and took 20 min for schedule an appointment.

Had annual physical appointments for myself and my wife and met Dr. Anu Sury as Dr Diana Coxsey (my Main PCP) wasnt available. Pleasant experience in checking in and meeting Dr. Sury. She was pleasant and attentive to listen to our health review overall. She recommended labs onsite and referred to good experts. Overall great experience with her. She is amazing! The lab technicians are seem working without willingness. Blood drawing was painful as she was talking to other patients and lab technician while drawing blood and didnt focus on needle in vein. What an idiot incompetent lab experience. I read other bad reviews about these onsite quest diagnostics that these ladies just play with needles while they are inside the vein. I asked her to use my left hand, she said No right hand is fine?? What a shame. Let me decide which arm to use to give blood sample?? Please focus to have better lab technicians and please atleast have a fake smile on face for gods sake if you cant have a genuine one. I must say Lab work wasnt pleasant at all. It caused me this painful scar in picture. Poor experience!
