        I've emailed the Downey LAX CA warehouse a Delivery Request last Wednesday, needing to be delivered by Friday, it is now the following Tuesday an still no delivery. I emailed and called them every day since last Wednesday knowing that we had critical appointments with customers relying on this delivery. I've been emailing and calling them for 5 business days straight and all I've been given is excuses. Now I have two very upset clients and lost sales. Nice people on the phone but if you need professional service when it comes to processing deliveries (not including the drivers, the drivers are always great!) choose a different company. I recommend D&D.
