The grounds are beautiful, and the maintenance team is friendly and responsive. Dealing with the leasing office is a completely different case; they lack empathy, they are passive aggressive, and they make even the simplest interactions complicated. So, avoid them if you can, and read your leasing contract closely (if possible, have a legal professional work you through it to ensure you understand the details behind the "legal speak").

I currently live at Byron Bay, and they have had a millipede problem where there were bugs everywhere…. Dropping through the air vents even! It was so gross. I have provided a couple pictures but does not even compare to the amount I have seen. I have called to get my apartment sprayed multiple times and there is still an apartment wide issue. Also, the walls are so thin I can hear my neighbor watching TV and children running up and down the halls at 6am.

I have lived at two buildings on this property, and let me start off by saying the front office/maintenance teams are pretty amazing. Anytime I go to them with an issue it is handled fairly quickly and professionally. BUT My experience in the Bleecker building compared to my current experience in Byron’s Bay is night and day. Bleecker was quiet, has valet trash, hardly ever had to put in any maintenance requests over there because the building seems to just be kept up with better. In Byron’s Bay I hear all of my neighbors throughout the day, no valet trash, and have already had to put in multiple requests because this building just seems to get neglected. All owned by the same property, but there is a drastic difference in quality from what me, and some of my neighbors have noticed. So I highly recommend moving here, but maybe stay away from Byron’s Bay for the above reasons. I loved living in Bleecker, but now I can’t wait to get out of Byron’s Bay haha.

Chandler was amazing and although I didn’t find anything at the property. He also encouraged other sister properties where I found home! He is amazing.
