Called because I am a handyman service and a account of mine needed a septic issue solved today they said they would send a truck today instead of tomorrow like other places I called , mind you its 2pm so that right there gave them 5 stars

My mother is purchasing a home in the Conroe area, and we needed to get a septic inspection done on the property to ensure we were not going to have an issue with the home. The septic inspection part of the job went well, and deserves 4-5 stars. The problem came about when trying to get a quote/bid for what the repairs would cost. We provided a survey to the inspector so that their engineers would be able to get us an accurate quote/bid on the work that was needed. It took over a week, and the best they could do was give us a quote which had a range of over $5000 from the low to the high. If you're proposing/bidding on work to be done, the clients need an accurate figure, not a SWAG range. Can you imagine purchasing a home, but instead of a fixed dollar amount you are provided with a range of prices? That doesn't make sense. If you want to provide a range of prices, state what each option would cover at that cost, not just "here's the range and it will depend on what the engineer says you need". Well, that's why you got the survey and why we asked for a true quote...

We called these guys to do a pre-purchase septic inspection on a home we hope to buy. Sadly, my husband couldn’t make the appointment, so I had to meet with them. I was worried because what the heck does this woman know about septic tanks?! These guys were amazing!! Steven and Eric were my techs and they were kind, respectful, polite and explained everything in terms I could understand. They also spoke with my husband over the phone at my request. They were on time and called beforehand like they said they would. The office staff was also great! Very sweet ladies to answer questions and make the appointments with! I will recommend these guys to anyone that will listen!! The only bad thing I can say is that they only do septic, because I would love to have them take care of ALL of our homeowner needs. I feel very confident in saying they’d be great at that too, lol!
