I really hate writing bad reviews but we wish we listened to the one review stating to not use this company. I hope our review helps because as it turns out we are not the only family that Lone Star Painters has either done poor work for and/or taken money from. The paint team showed up late, left early, used the wrong color paint, did not prep our home properly and did a nightmare of a job painting. The way they tried to cut into the paint on our walls made no sense, they would start in one spot and stop and start in another leaving incomplete sections here and there. We are glad we stopped the work when we did but we are now in the process of taking legal action for our money back as the owner is refusing to reimburse a portion of our deposit. They only actually worked for one day for maybe four or five hours but he is trying to charge us for two days. He explained that he had to charge us for the paint but failed to explain why he kept all the paint that he’s charging us for. It’s a shame because he came across as a nice and genuine person but after requesting him to stop the work he’s been untruthful and aggressive with his emails. Don’t use this company, there are other companies that will paint your home without taking a penny till the job is complete and you are happy with their work! Do not use these people. There's hundreds of better painting companies or people you can use. They show up late and leave early, which not only delays the process (have been living in a hotel longer than we should have been...) but it drove up the per day costs as well (in addition to the costs of paying for extra nights in the hotel). Absolute nightmare dealing with them and am taking legal action for the almost 10 thousand they owe our family.

Awesome job. Aaron’s team did a wonderful job on my interior project. I would definitely use his team (Adrian) again and recommend anyone who is looking for reputable company. Great job! And thanks again.
