Worst experience EVER!!! They took my order and money over the phone. Never mentioned anything about canceling or refunds until a text came after the fact. I asked for hospital grade knee scooter and was given a 3 wheeler one which was wobbly and could easily have tipped over. I had it all of 15 min and called back and told them we could not use this and wanted a refund (300.00). I was then told sorry we dont take them back and there is no refunds! Im renting this btw. Long story short they were extremely rude, hung up on us twice, picked it up same day and we did not receive a refund. Filed a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General

Called in an order for gloves, they charged my card $649.48. I immediately called them back and cancelled.They have yet to refund my card, Ive called several times and they put me on hold.

I called to get an oxygen concentrator to transport my dog from Texas A & M to Gulf Coast Vet Specialists. The person knew what I needed the concentrator for and sent a full sized concentrator at closing time on a Saturday night. This concentrator was of no use since I needed a portable oxygen concentrator. Long story short, my dog died. Do not use this company. They do not care. It is owned by foreigners that are only out for your money.
